One Guide is Cigna’s premium healthcare product. Throughout 2017 we were tasked with envisioning and creating its next iteration: “Easy button” for healthcare.

To bring this to life, loose concepts then low fidelity UX wireframes were tested to validate decisions and glean insights. It is from that we “sensing moments” came to the fore.

Sensing Moments are contextual next best actions which provide a clear path for the user on their healthcare journey.
